Retail workspace · browser demonstration

Your entire retail operation. Under control.

Manage sales, inventory, customers, staff, and business performance from one connected retail workspace. This demonstration keeps the shop in the browser you are using.

Overview dashboard of Lumière Skin POS, with net sales, a sales chart, and the shop sidebar.

Clearer sales visibility

See completed receipts, net sales, and what still needs attention for the dates you choose.

More controlled inventory

Follow stock from the catalogue, a delivery, a count, or a confirmed sale.

Staff accountability

Give each role its own destinations, and see which person recorded a sale.

Faster operational reports

Open sales, stock, register, purchase, and offer reports from one workspace.

The workspace, as it is

These are screens from the current Lumière Skin POS demonstration. Payments shown in the product are simulated.

Sales and checkout

Serve the sale without losing the receipt.

Search or scan a product, build the cart, and take a simulated cash, card, or transfer payment. Hold a basket, then come back to it. Completed receipts stay in sales history, where a permitted person can refund or void.

  • Product search, barcodes, and a cart with quantities.
  • Manual discounts, coupons, and gift-card amounts where the role allows them.
  • Receipt history, returns, and refunds against a completed sale.

Inventory control

Know what the shelf can still sell.

The catalogue keeps sizes, prices, and barcodes. Stock changes when a sale is confirmed, goods are received, a quantity is adjusted, or a count difference is approved. A count that is only submitted does not move stock.

  • Variants, stock levels, and expiry dates.
  • Movement history for sales, returns, and deliveries.
  • Stock counts, reconciliation, and low-stock signals on Overview.

Customer relationships

Keep the person attached to the receipt.

Customer records hold contact details for roles that may see them, plus purchase history and a points balance. Points can expire. Coupons and simulated gift cards live with the offers, not with a card network.

  • Customer profiles and lifetime spend after discounts and refunds.
  • Loyalty points, tiers, and expiry of aged points.
  • Coupons and simulated gift-card balances.

Staff and store operations

A role sees the work it is meant to do.

The acting person is chosen in the demo. Their role decides the sidebar, the pages, and the actions. Shifts track an opening float, cash movements, and a counted close. The activity log records many of those changes for someone allowed to read it.

  • Role-based navigation and actions.
  • Register shifts, paid-outs, deposits, and a stored closing count.
  • An activity history the browser can still edit, because it is stored locally.
Open staff
Staff page listing people and a control for filtering by role.

Reports and business visibility

Read the period from the same records.

Reports cover sales, products, staff, customers, inventory, count differences, the register, offers, and purchases. Overview uses the same sales totals for the dates you pick. Fully refunded receipts stay visible so the refund can be shown against them. This is not a bank statement.

  • Sales, product, and staff reports.
  • Inventory reconciliation kept apart from sales revenue.
  • Register and purchase summaries for the same date window.

Who it can serve

Possible retail settings. Not a customer list, and not a promise of a separate product for each trade.

Beauty and skincare

The sample shop sells sizes, batches, and expiry dates the way a skincare counter does.

Boutiques and fashion

A catalogue of variants and a till can be considered for apparel. This demo is stocked with skincare.

Specialty retail

One location, one catalogue, and a record of what was received and sold.

Small retail teams

Cashiers, an inventory lead, and an owner can be given different parts of the same shop.

Several branches do not share one stock file in this build. There is no industry integration to install.

How the demo is used

  1. 01

    Set up the catalogue

Products, sizes, tax, and the business name live in Settings and the product list. The sample shop is already filled in.

  2. 02

    Run the day

Take a simulated sale, receive a purchase, count the shelf, or park a basket. Stock moves only when the matching action says it does.

  3. 03

    Review the records

Open Overview and Reports for the same dates, then close the shift against the cash the drawer formula expects.

Pricing is not published here

This project has no subscription, user limit, free trial, or card checkout for the software itself. Open the demonstration to use the sample shop. A commercial price would have to be agreed outside this application.

Questions

It is a retail workspace for sales, inventory, customers, staff permissions, shifts, purchasing, and reports. The build in this project is a browser demonstration. Payments, gift cards, and bank matching are simulated. Nothing here creates a production account.

See the shop before you imagine a rollout.

The demonstration opens with a sample boutique, simulated payments, and records that stay in this browser.
